Empowering Youth for Inclusion, Participation & Entrepreneurship

The NTA Youth Program is dedicated to building the competences of young people—especially those from fewer opportunities backgrounds, including youth with minor disabilities, immigrants, refugees, and those facing financial or educational barriers.

We believe youth are powerful change-makers, and through this program we foster inclusion, active participation, and entrepreneurial spirit by connecting them with knowledge, experience, and mentorship.

  • Build Entrepreneurial Skills – Inspire creativity, problem-solving, and self-reliance through entrepreneurship-focused training.

  • Promote Social Inclusion – Support disadvantaged youth in overcoming barriers of social, cultural, and economic exclusion.

  • Connect Youth with Mentors – Facilitate dialogue between successful entrepreneurs, social workers, and young people for lasting impact.
